Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at Spacegear Shop. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During busy periods (holidays, major sales, product launches), processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

2) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (available countries will show at checkout)

If your country is not available at checkout, we’re not able to ship there yet.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

  • Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions—if available, it will be shown at checkout.

4) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): typically 2–3 business days

International

  • International Shipping: typically 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or local delivery conditions.

5) Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking is provided for most orders.

  • Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If you don’t see tracking updates right away, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

7) Delivery Issues, Delays & Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors/building management.

  • Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered early.

If it still can’t be found, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

8) Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve it as fast as possible.

9) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

10) Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability or warehouse location. If that happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
